Pros
Enjoyed working various job sites and variety of tasks, use of technology and minimal supervision. Most of my immediate supervisiors were good and supportive when I did have to communicate with them.
Cons
Hated the client ( WalMart). Client was extremely difficult to work with...Walmart store mgmt. makes government workers seem intelligent and efficient by comparison. My immediate supervisors were well aware of the situation but Acosta upper mgmt. was oblivious and had ridiculous expectations regardless. Most Acosta jobs are part time with no benefits, below par pay and no job security and no hope of advancement. Sudden mass layoffs common. Company never paid me vacation pay that I accrued or bonuses that I earned.
