      Pros

      Very flexible hours as long as you get your work done during store hours. Okay car reimbursement. Ability to work independently

      Cons

      Pay is not good nor are the health benefits. Communication with management can be difficult. Received multiple emails per day that took time to read and respond to. Promotion is difficult or impossible.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
