Benefits on par with other multi-national corporations (good PTO, remote work, paid holidays)
Cons
Literally everything else. They laid off hundreds of employees across two Zoom calls before Covid made that a thing. Poor management was ignored, good management became squashed by having to fulfill roles that definitely weren't their job, a lot of unequal expectations based on who people knew.
