      There is NO pros to this company..

      Cons

      You will work very long days, expected to be available for issues on the weekends so that puts you working 7 days a week. The salary is VERY LOW! There is little to NO raises or opportunities for advancement. You're just a number at the end of the day they don't care about you they just want results PERIOD, and you will be bullied until you get them. Don't get stuck in this cycle and waste your time. Work for a company that appreciates you and that is NOT Acosta.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
