Pros
It's becoming hard to think of any. Flexibility and having the stores love you for the work you do is the best thing. When they are happy to see you and praise you for your job because you will not get appreciation from Acosta
Cons
The horrible managers Acosta has placed in the Premium teams. The hateful bossy nature, lack of appreciation, lowing per-diem in states like Michigan to sub standard .33 per mile, no paid travel, now they are forcing you to work zones and most places have a one hour job and require an hour to drive. 33 doesn't pay for gas after they deduct commuting. I can't say more about how horrible the experience of having Acosta ousting Premium managers and taking over with a bunch of horrible changes. It's not a good company they are ruining things as they grow. You can have a long term 5 star rating and they will oust you from the area you work and put new young people in your place forcing you to travel for no fair per-diem at all and no wages. If you get hurt while driving for your job...no protection. It's job to job and you are focused on working, it should be paid hourly and per-diem should be IRS. Due to state laws, they abuse workers in those states while paying it in states that require fair hourly pay and perdiem. If you work in a state that has lax laws on this, you will be abused. You can't operate a vehicle for .33 per miles after commuting and on demand travel should be compensated. Acosta is doing more and more to withhold ever penny possible from workers in every direction they can. DO NOT GO THERE, especially DO NOT TRUST THEM
