      You will work with some really nice people.

      The pay is crappy. Benefits are not great. Some of the systems are ancient and need a major overhaul.

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
