CHEAP - Retail Merchandiser Acosta Employee Review

This is the cheapest company ever. There is NO incentive AT ALL to do a good job. If you show up and don't steal anything you've met expectations. No point in doing more as you'll not get paid more, and no one will even know you did extra. Senior management seems to be clueless how actual work gets done and constantly creates needless obstacles. Have had 3 & counting managers so far this year. Almost 35% job vacancies because pay is so low. Turnover here is higher than fast food places. Walmart pays $6/hr more for the same work.
