      Freedom! I love being able to set my own schedule. I love that management is always available when I need them. The pay is competitive. Work conditions are pleasant.

      I can't think of any downsides to working for Acosta.

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
