      Don't have to work weekends

      Cons

      You only get a couple days training then your on your own learning very confusing processes. Management is constantly on you to go faster, they waste your time emailing so the amount of time i ended up working for free was not worth it

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
