      Great company for growth and development

      Cons

      I have not experienced it, but they've installed a return to work policy; but most have to have a hybrid work environment and are unable to do things 100% remote anymore

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
