Pros
It's a job. Some of the people are fantastic.
Cons
Minimal to no raises. Difficult to get bonus. Total compensation package drops each year if you factor in benefits, bonus etc. Current company President has been acquiring companies and debt over the past year. "Culture" is just a word not a definable or visible action.
