      Not great training, kind of thrown to the wolves. Once you get the hang of the apps if you have retail experience it isn't bad though

      Pros

      Excellent, training focused culture. Poised for growth. Respect for human beings is treated as highest priority.

      Cons

      Leaders doing too much line level work, as a result of growing pains. Leaders tend to get burnt out as they move up.
