To whom this may concern:
We want to start by thanking you for acknowledging the kindness and organization of our staff; we too feel that our team is quite organized and on top of everything. However, what means the most to us are your concerns and we are grateful for the opportunity to address them.
In regards to the turnover rate at Acquire, it's important to understand that we value our employees above all. According to Forbes and Harvard Business Review (see link below), the average turnover rate within the Marketing & Sales industry is 27-34%. We can assure you that we are well below the median attrition rate of these statistics. With that being said, we do not take your opinion lightly and will work to improve even more in this department.

At the end of the day, a person's definition of a quality individual is one's own perspective and is relative to the individuals making the claim. With all due respect, your compliment regarding our staff's sincerity, organization, and being on top of everything is very close to our definition of a quality employee. We hold our company culture in a very high regard and take a lot of pride in the quality of individuals that we choose to employ here at Acquire.
In regards to the last two comments about the business plan and being paid by the number of people being promoted to their own S-Corp, I confidently feel like there was a miscommunication that we will take responsibility for. Acquire is incentivized to grow alongside our clientele. Just to clarify, we are a paid-by-performance marketing and new acquisition company that is paid directly by the revenue we generate for our clientele.
