Pros

So much room for growth! Even if you don’t move up as fast as you want, the exposure is phenomenal.

Cons

Remember to ask questions. Unfortunately if you don’t do you’re own research then you’ll get left behind. Since there is so much info, you have to make the effort to reach out.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for such great feedback! As a current employee, you know Acquire not only exists to help meet the goals and needs of our clients but we also exist as a company to help our team members grow as businessmen and businesswomen as well as meet their personal career goals. It’s wonderful to hear from our employees that we have successfully shown all the ways and opportunities for each person to expand within the company! We hope that the training, mentorship and experience we provide for our team will be carried with them throughout their growth at Acquire or wherever their career path may take them. You hit the nail on the head by stating, “Remember to ask questions.” Our leaders and management team are great at scheduling one-on-one meetings but with busy schedules combined with such a fast paced environment, we always want you to feel encouraged to ask questions at any time-- not just during a meeting!! Don’t wait for that one-on-one time to ask your questions because, like you said, that’s when you could fall behind and we never want that to happen. The door is always open!

Pros

The team outings are fun, but that is literally the only pro.

Cons

They lie about what you're doing (selling phones in a Costco or Sam's), berate you, and lie about the hours.
