In regards to the hours an individual works, we utilize a digital time clocking system accessed through an app on your smartphone. Employees are advised to download the app in order to clock in and out. Once an employee has submitted their clocked times, those are automatically submitted to the payroll company, which is then, generated for payroll. Changes are not made to clocked times unless the employee gives written consent. Typically, this takes place if an employee forgot to clock in or out. We are always more than happy to go over the hours that you feel were missing. Of course, if notified of missing hours, there are certain measures we must follow to ensure that you were working during those hours so we can have them adjusted accordingly. While we do guarantee an hourly wage, there is also the opportunity to make well over the normal hourly rate in commission, which we feel is a great, fair balance for our staff!
