Pros

Good company culture, management and trainers will help you exceed if you invest yourself fully into the company. Bonuses and prizes for working hard. Travel opportunities once you hit corporate trainer. Company night out every week which is really fun. If you're extroverted and naturally good at sales you have potential to make this a long term thing.

Cons

You will lose a lot of personal time but may pay off if you want to be apart of a corporate world. Unless you're naturally good at sales you will not make a sustainable wage as its basically a commission based role. You have to work one day every weekend, sometimes two. You'll be working in BJ'S, Sam Club or Costco selling whatever big brands they're partnered with.

Pros

The team outings are fun, but that is literally the only pro.

Cons

They lie about what you're doing (selling phones in a Costco or Sam's), berate you, and lie about the hours.
