Pros

PTO was nice and flexible

Cons

Where do you begin?? To say this place can have a hostile work environment is short changing as description. The cronyism and complete lack of maturity is unreal. Way to many buddies are promoted while still in their 20s who thrive on drama and cronyism. My biggest problem is getting one of those 20 something drama queens as a supervisor. I get she had family life/health issues going on, but that controlled the whole work environment in the dept. She missed probably 7 weeks of work in 5 months..... so guess who got blamed for work not done or not done correctly (not trained).....you guessed it!!! The bosses of my supervisor were drama makers too that had personal connections as friends-neighbors. I was targeted and had false things written in my reviews like not taking notes in training. My one boss saw that was completely incorrect but was too scared to say anything. Anyways, I moved on, but I learned alot about red flags in work by being here. This company grows by acquisitions continually. They take on more than what core employees are often ready for, and that creates alot of the havoc. RUN AWAY!

Pros

Solid Base Pay, PPO Health Insurance available, PTO. Micromanagement minimal once you become a producer. Thankful for the opportunity they gave me as a younger exec.

Cons

Do you like cleaning up the messes of colleagues who are up to six months behind on their work (or even do their job at all?) Do you average a response time of anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to answer client emails and phone calls? How about seeing 4 colleagues go through the turnover mill in under a year’s timeframe? Do you like sales environments where you’re neck and neck against either outside hires, friends or relatives of the other producers? Do you love being forced to learn new workflows every four months, that will be obsolete when they restructure once again in the next four? Look no further you have found your corporate drone work paradise. As for us normal self-respecting people with a tad of a soul, STAY AWAY. This company has me considering leaving the industry altogether. Don’t want to discredit those who’ve had a decent experience here this has just been mine. All love at the EOD…
