Pros

I joined Acrolinx a few months ago and am energized by the product adoption this company has so early on. They've acquired and grown some top tier customer's and been able to show they can deliver real business value with some very interesting tech. The executive team expects the broader teams to step in and help move the needle forward, it's a very open environment, and they're extremely passionate about what we do.

Cons

There's a lot of process that's needed to be cleaned up and defined in order to scale but is getting there.

Cons

This used to be a great company until the new management arrived in January 2025. The company is sinking and they just did a major layoff. Transparent communication under the previous CEO (Volker) but not anymore. The ratings here apply to the current environment.
