We appreciate the transparent feedback. We're always open to criticism, whether it be affirming we're on the right track or constructive towards areas we need to improve. The bandwidth of our team members and them being potentially stretched to far, is important to understand and diagnose properly. We're open to further discovering this offline to dig into bottlenecks or better solutions to alleviate this issue.

Wonderful colleagues, remote work arrangement

Cons

This used to be a great company until the new management arrived in January 2025. The company is sinking and they just did a major layoff. Transparent communication under the previous CEO (Volker) but not anymore. The ratings here apply to the current environment.
