Everyone is passionate, friendly, and hard working. It is fast-paced like a start-up, but solid like a company that has been around for a long time and will continue to be around.

Cons

Many employees work hard (on their own accord) too many hours and management lets this happen because often times management works just as much, if not more. Also no 401k currently offered.
