Pros

-Free snacks and energy drinks -Ping pong and keg in the office -Decent product

Cons

-CEO has no idea what she is doing. She runs companies to the ground before moving on to her next victim. Do your research on Jive. -They shut down the only office that made them money. But wait... the CFO now CEO made that decision? Based on what logic? -No brand recognition. Have fun spelling where you're calling from every time you pick up the phone. Act-On who? -No marketing, crazy quotas, only 1 rep who hits his quota cuz he's spoon fed from senior leadership. -Cliquey frat boy mentality in Roseville. Not sure if Portland is much better.

Pros

Act-on has since been purchased, but my experience was very positive. They were the last standing marketing company to not be gobbled up by a larger corporation. The product was superior to Adobe/Salesforce/Oracle’s and engineering staff super-passionate.

Cons

Executive staff was mainly on a treadmill.

Pros

They offer a partial fitness reimbursement for your gym membership.

Cons

They will say they have modern, progressive values. It’s a deception. When it comes down to it, the only thing they stand for is protecting leadership. Even the company’s bottom line comes second to appeasing senior leaders. This company punishes dissent and tolerates bullying when the perpetrators are friendly with senior leadership. Desperation after years of poor performance have created a toxic environment where leaders cover for their mistakes by isolating and targeting those who disagree with them. Dishonest. The least transparent company I’ve ever worked for. You will hear one thing one day and be told the opposite the next day on your way out the door.
