Pros
None. I truly do not understand the role that EASi plays other than to take a cut between their contracted company and myself.
Cons
Benefits are effectively non-existent and medical insurance is both incredibly expensive and very poor coverage. PTO is accrued very slowly and company holidays are the federally-mandated days off, nothing more. Pay is mediocre and hourly. If the contract company has a company holiday you are out those hours of pay. Confusing HR sites and difficultly understanding relationship between EASi, AeroTek, and Allegis. I interviewed with company that contracted EASi and currently work within that company's structure, meaning I have not seen any benefit to being an employee of EASi. There's noise about flexibility but it's not something I can possibly exercise nor would I likely prefer to, at any point. EASi functionally is a bureaucratic in-between that provides poor medical coverage, no 401k match, and only legally-required time off.
