Pros
This company refers themselves to a leadership development company and in most cases, that could not be more accurate. Since joining this team, I have grown more as a professional than I ever thought possible with the open-feedback environment and CARE model.
Cons
Leadership isn't always in tune at the field level. They rely heavily on their RVPs instead of the actual people doing to the work. It has created for increased goals during a pandemic and increasing attrition throughout the years
