-Micromanaged metrics and performance -Pointless meetings 2 times a day where everyone repeats themselves. -Incentives suck (work your butt off and get mediocre trip to a cheesy all inclusive resort in Mexico, whoopie) -Went from 3 days in office to 4 days in office to now 5. Reason given: "everyone needs to be in office to hold each other accountable and compete:. -Commission is heavily taxed and have to work your butt off for at least a year to even see some meager increase to your pay. -Directors don't know how to lead and just keep stealing motivational quotes from self help books that are forced down your throat every Wednesday in yet, another meeting. -Regional VP is the biggest egotistical DB I have ever worked under. -Toxic work culture, if you aren't playing the mickey mouse smile and wave game and keep to yourself at work, you will surely be outed and eventually let go.
