There is a point where company culture and employee resources only go so far. There is little/no flexibility that allow for healthy work/life balances for corporate employees. There is severe paranoia from upper management around work from home/hybrid work schedules. Pay is abysmal for corporate finance employees in the industry. No COLA’s, no bonuses/pay banding based on applicable experience or education level. The company “values” loyalty and service on the surface, but doesn’t show it. The company has outgrown its old systems and management model but refuses to change despite empowering employees to try and drive change. Compensation and benefits for sales people are always prioritized over the corporate support functions and the company banks on corporate loyalty to prevent turnover rather than addressing the issue head-on.
