Toxic workplace - Sales Actalent Employee Review

Favoritism played by leaders - specially toward tenure employees. A tenure leader on team confirms that the companies culture is all about micromanaging and that’s how it is and will be. There’s no changing it. Feedback is preached heavily however in my experience there it is delivered in a very condescending and impersonal way. When feedback is given to leaders, retaliation takes place. Leader/director tells their tenure employees what to say/share in meetings. New employees are set up to fail specially in the direct seller role. Benefits aren’t the best.
