They pay weekly. Wages are descent. Coworkers are fun. Hybrid schedule. Lots of flexibility.
Cons
Management is awful! There is literally no training! They have you watch some videos and read some documents and throw you to the wolves. You are set up for failure from the very start! Turnover rate is high for a reason. Leadership is clueless and don’t help at all! The training should be done by someone who has experience in that job and can let the newbie shadow them. Every single project manager there is just stumbling through the motions. Then you get a review saying you are doing good just for them to call you into the office a few weeks later to tell you that you need to improve and go by their ridiculous metrics. For someone with no experience, they expect way too much. Especially for not easing you into the job. Then fire ppl without any heads up or notice… and when you ask why, they don’t even give you a reason. Its just because your boss wants to use you as an escape goat because he don’t know what’s going on. Eventually, he is going to run out of ppl to place blame on, just hope they see this and get rid of him instead. This is a horrible way to run a company. With the proper training ppl could be set up for success, not failure.
