Pros

Nice coworkers & good company trips for Sales Kickoff & President’s Club.

Cons

If you are looking for a place to start a sales career, this is not the place for you. There is essentially no career growth & the timeline for career growth is constantly changing. A majority of the focus is on the Field Sales team, who have been in sales for 20+ years. The newer Commercial Sales team has been unable to truly get up off the ground for the last 2.5 years, with no real support existing for it. This leaves the younger reps across the BDR & SDR teams with nowhere to go in their career if they want to stay in sales and the BDR team does not get commission on top of this. There is also a desperate need for more sales enablement and marketing support around new business efforts.

Pros

Excellent workplace with a supportive team, challenging work, and fair compensation. The company is constantly developing innovative and exciting products, making it a great environment for professional growth.

Cons

The company struggles to keep pace with industry trends and is often slow to innovate. This lack of foresight can leave it trailing competitors, requiring costly catch-up efforts that sometimes result in layoffs or the diversion of resources from other product teams. Unfortunately, these layoffs often appear to be carried out haphazardly, resulting in the loss of talented employees who are critical to achieving the company's long-term goals and future success. The company also lacks a robust developer ecosystem. Although its products are powerful, they can be challenging to adopt because of poor documentation, limited tutorials, and inadequate support materials.
