      Pros

      Not many reasons to work at company. At first they tell you about the company and all the great things, but as the contract ends they don't transfer you to open positions.

      Cons

      The company lets people go without a transfer to an open position. Lots of people leave after a few weeks.

      Wish there was a San Diego main office.

      Commute challenges due to location. Heavy Traffic.
