      Great co-workers...the best! Industry standard benefits Company gave me a lot of latitude to get the job done Good work/life balance HR staff was very helpful

      Cons

      As is typical of many young IT service providers, company grew very fast...too fast Recruiting of new talent for open reqs was very inconsistent Senior management is a little too focus of "the outings"...employees should not be cajoled into going to company events
