      One of the few contractors still winning contracts during the pandemic.

      Cons

      One of the few contractors still winning contracts during the pandemic (maybe they bid too low?) Will hire anybody, qualified or not. Willing to spend more money to get a "butt in the seat" as opposed to spending the SAME amount to hire somebody qualified.
