Pros

Two corporate sponsored parties a year and overall competitive benefits.

Cons

Managers are not managing. They take orders and as unethical their actions may be they have the support of upper management until they themselves are targeted. From a senior manager - "I've never been sued before". Employees beware. Turnover is high and there is no advance notice of terminations. If your project is coming to an end, be prepared to get terminated regardless of how dedicated you were to the project and company. Very low moral in headquarters. Executives are very aware of the negatives, but they work for a paycheck and have become "yes men and women" to the owner who cares less unless its her way.
