People there are great to work with. Company has 2 annual parties where spouses are invited
Cons
Management is a major concern.... their leaderhip is lacking. The Execs are entirely to concerned with who needs to be blamed so they can keep there jobs instead of fixing the problem. This is in direct correlation with not having the freedom normal Execs have, because the CEO will not stay out of the day to day and creates more issues than she resolves.... Due to underbidding of contracts you are overworked and underappreiciated....
