They deny disability accommodations. They make you travel to different locations that they can't keep staffed because everyone is always quitting. When you get sent to a different location they let you know the morning of, they can be over an hour drive away, and if you show up late you get an occurence. They preach about work-life balance yet expect you to wake up multiple hours before your shift to stare at your chats just in case they want to send you to a different center. They have kids there when they're sick and barely send them home, meaning you will always be sick as well. If you do end up getting sick from the kids and can't come in you get occurrences for it. They are a very money hungry company, which makes sense since they're owned by a private equity firm. It's a billion dollar company yet techs don't even make a livable wage. Techs are expected to do direct therapy, make materials, clean the centers, train new techs, and work at whatever location they want to send you to. They make excuses to not give raises, including things like not dressing up for their spirit days or not giving teammates enough shoutouts in the chats. Management has their favorite employees that they let get away with whatever while scrutinizing anyone that isn't willing to act immature and unprofessional just to joke around with them. If you speak up about anything they basically blacklist you and try to seek out petty reasons to write you up. They have techs doing direct therapy with patients before they even have their background checks done and before they're certified RBTs.
