As you know, we recently sent out an employee survey to all staff and made huge improvements based on the results we received including: purchasing a mental health app subscription for all employees and access to mental health support through our health insurance, 2 additional flex days (in addition to the 27 other days of paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick time), monthly bonuses for working during COVID-19, an annual bonus of up to $600 for RBTs, and merit based annual pay increases (in addition to our RBT promotion tier structure). We also guarantee a minimum of 36 hours of paid work though most employees received 38-40 hours per week.
