Free Lunch Fridays and Good benefits, COVID testing all though results were almost received a week later than the 48 hours promised
Cons
Lack of communication from leadership, no support from BCBA's, constant schedule changes, shorter breaks, no floats, no salary, toxic culture, and favoritism.

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry you haven't had the best experience. As you know, we recently sent out an employee survey to all staff and made huge improvements based on the results we received including: purchasing a mental health app subscription for all employees and access to mental health support through our health insurance, 2 additional flex days (in addition to the 27 other days of paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick time), monthly bonuses for working during COVID-19, an annual bonus of up to $600 for RBTs, and merit based annual pay increases (in addition to our RBT promotion tier structure). We also guarantee a minimum of 36 hours of paid work though most employees received 38-40 hours per week.
As for your concerns regarding the free COVID-19 tests that we supply our staff with twice a week, we had 1 week where the results didn't return as timely as we'd like (due to an influx at the lab), but they have since returned to a 48 hour turnaround.
Again, thank you for your email and any additional concerns can be emailed directly to us at hr@actionbehavior.com.

Benefits, PTO, and decent flexibility is some of the few positive for Action. Having upper management and leadership that actually listens to employee concerns and works toward practical solutions is probably the top pros.
Cons
Tech issues can arise more often than liked. But they are typically resolved quickly.
This is the first review I have ever written for an organization.
Having been with ABC for over three years now and in our field for under a decade, I feel like I have a good grasp of our field, careers as a clinical supervisor and challenges that come with longevity in center based pediatric ABA services.
My time with ABC has been full of laughter, camaraderie, learning and constant development. I have given it my all and the company has reciprocated. Through thick and thin, changes in the organization and evolution of my current role, I have been treated with respect and fairness.
There is transparency, awareness and most importantly, humility to acknowledge missteps and correct them.
Cons
The role is draining. You are constantly trying to appease junior clinicians, therapists and families. After doing it for a few years, you feel the fatigue. What gets me energized is spending time with other clinicians and celebrating them. I look forward to summits and gatherings where we can put the day to day aside for a moment and acknowledge and recognize each other.
