Pros

Really, none. Sounds petty, but I can't think of any.

Cons

They make you pay for your fingerprinting ($100), they hire people who are not qualified to do jobs, have horrible turnover, lie to and cheat their new employees including dismissing them with absolutely no heads-up or opportunities to show you can do the job. And heaven forbid you try to actually teach the kids or hold them accountable. Do this, and you are out. "We can't upset the parents".

Pros

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
