Great reputable Company Opportunities for leadership positions Great benefits Supportive co-workers Many locations and different size schools depending on what one is looking for (smaller, larger, etc) Support continued education Love that the founder/President is still actively involved on a daily basis. Takes great pride in her schools & the children in them, so makes sure we have everything we need for the classrooms Have a sub pool & several locations so if we need to be out, it's easy to cover

Overtime is monitored, which I guess is a good thing as they try to get us all out

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
