Pros

The children and their families.

Cons

The classrooms are way outdated, and when you enter, it looks like everything is from the 90s. The classroom sizes are ridiculous- up to 20 little ones in one room with 5 teachers? That is absurd. The management is also not helpful as they say they would provide. There were times when the teachers needed help and they would not answer their phones or are too busy talking to one another. On top of that, there is a lot of favoritism in the center.

Pros

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
