Pros

- Kids are great -Most parents are understanding

Cons

Dirty classrooms, sexual harassment claims not followed up on, no HR for violations, Low pay, rude upper management and management, diaper tables broken, never send kids home for sickness or behavior, do not support teachers in the classroom. I was sick every other week for the entirety of the 10 months I worked there. This ranged from Covid and Norovirus to common colds and diarrhea/vomiting. Teachers are overworked. They operate at minimum staff levels and sometimes violate licensing by having over the legal amount of children in classroom. Will not support you as a teacher at all. After I left here my boyfriend was so happy because he said it was the first time in a long time that I came home from work not grumpy. This place will break you down and they wont help you when you fall. Not to mention there is ZERO confidentiality between you and the boos, they will tell everyone your business if you reach out for help so you can be shamed by other teachers. Not to mention the fact that I saw teachers yank, yell at, and downright ignore children. I truly believe this place should be shut down, but somehow they always pass inspections.

Pros

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
