None. You'll get paided. Had some alright coworkers.

Cons

No support. The site I worked at had horrible management. Started off with an aid that was not in thw room. 16 children enrolled, ratio for this age group was 12! Got scolded becuase I was out of ratio and called non stop.

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
