The other teachers/staff there are fantastic! The community of parents/families is great as well.

Cons

The admin team is terrible! They have no idea what they are doing, and are driving the school into the ground. Staff, teachers, and parents are all unhappy with how the school is being run. The enrollment numbers are way down because of this. Staff morale is crap because no one likes or respects the admin and they don't treat us with respect back. All of the teachers at the school have many years in education and are not treated as such. I highly do not recommend working here in the current conditions.

The coworkers I had were fun

Cons

Management would play favorites, and would oftentimes pay someone with less experience than you more money because they are desperate—without giving more seasoned teachers raises. Management would move teachers to different classes with no notice whatsoever. You can be put in a class and not even know the names of the students there. The ratio numbers are too high and unsafe. Changing areas for babies reek and lack air conditioning. Management can be condescending. The pay is unforgivably low considering workload and responsibilities. No training given.
