Pros
Stable 9-5 Friendly employees Affordable parking Downtown semi-walkable area
Cons
Management is stuck in their ways, despite their ways being either inefficient, cost inefficient, or outdated. Too many meetings that accomplish nothing simply to meet a quota set by someone who ultimately doesn't care about anything aside from meetings and image. The company image is very important, which is fair, but asking your employees for free labor so that the company could retain its statuses that reduce costs, while not offering any form of incentives seems shady to me. Anytime the company did something nice for everyone, they took multiple pictures and bragged about it online. They would constantly shell out for investors and upper management board meetings, but scrape the bottom of the barrel for complimentary employee meals (like thanksgiving). They promise to put you through training to service a system that is extremely complex and fickle but fail to follow through with that promise and still expect you to service their system on a daily basis. Disorganized leadership in some departments. General employee dissatisfaction is the norm (based on the daily gossip circulating). The location of the building downtown is close to a few homeless shelters, making it difficult to enjoy a walk around the block without being asked for change. Constant issue with homeless urinating in the stairwell of the parking deck. I was personally told to not smoke my vape in front of the building, which is fair; however, there was typically a vagrant sitting at the table in front of the business most of the week. One time, I walked out and this guy was peeing on the window of the business in broad daylight. There was also multiple incidents of aggravated vagrants lashing out on the sidewalk. Sometimes solicitors would sit next to the entrance and attempt to sell you something.
