Pros
I’ve had a very positive experience working here so far. Despite our relatively small size, the company is clearly growing toward an Enterprise level. What’s impressive is that many of our processes are already enterprise-like, structured, well organized, and scalable, while still maintaining the agility and flexibility of a smaller team. My interview process was smooth, transparent, and friendly. Communication was clear at every step, and I felt respected and well informed throughout. It set the tone for what it is actually like to work here. The product itself is genuinely strong and solves real problems. It is one of those products that practically sells itself because the value is so clear. That makes a big difference in day to day work and creates confidence in what we are building. Overall, it feels like an exciting time to be here. There is growth, momentum, and ambition, without unnecessary bureaucracy. What I value most are the people, friendly and professional colleagues who are supportive, knowledgeable, and focused on results. The culture strikes a great balance between being approachable and high performing. I am glad to be part of the team and excited about where we are heading.
Cons
The company is fully remote, which is great for flexibility, but it also means you do not get to see your teammates in person very often. If someone prefers daily in office interaction, this could feel like a downside.
