Amazing company - Account Executive Action1 Employee Review

Great people and Great product. Hot cybersecurity niche with significant competitive advantage across the product, management & development.

Growing very fast, organically. The company continues to more than double in headcount every year and with this comes change & fast evolution. The bonus is the change is positive with more oppty, bigger customers, bigger challenges & rewards. But it's definately fast-paced! Also, everyone needs to learn the product, whether you have a technical background or not.

As an AE at Action1, one of your first pro's is you are selling a solution that is well regarded and reviewed. You will find a lot of user praise for the solution on platforms such as Reddit, and I can easily say that 95+% of people you call are happy for you reaching out. At Action1, you'll hear we are a solution that "Just works".. And honestly, the solution sells itself! The second pro is LEADS. Action1 has an excellent marketing department, and there has not been a day that has gone by yet that I have not had leads to work. The culture is phenomenal. If you have ever worked remotely, you probably have expectations as to what it should be like. As a global company, Action1 will meet your expectations and then some for what remote collaboration should look like. Combine a desired solution with excellent leadership, awesome culture, and generous comp plans, and you will find yourself happy to stay at Action1 for years to come. It's pretty cool to see the cofounders/CEO to actively engage with both the user community, as well as employees.

You know, I had to think hard on this one. I noticed that other reviews on Glassdoor mentioned benefits being subpar compared to other organizations. But honestly, my health benefit premiums aren't that much higher out of my pocket than they have been at other roles. I will say though, the company as of the time of this review does not match anything on 401k, and I'm hopeful this is something that will be coming in the future.
