Poor Leadership - Business Development Manager ActionLink Employee Review

Poor leadership from the VP level down. Pay rates are below market all across the board. They do NOT encourage nor do they enjoy people that think for themselves. They would prefer Sheeple as employees. Their core values do not match how they treat their associates. I would Not recommend working for this company unless you enjoy being treated like a number rather than a person.
