Pros
- Opportunities to receive bonuses or prizes based on metrics. - Building relationships with Best Buy staff. - Learn about PCs and new innovations being introduced to the PC industry. - Management was very supportive.
Cons
- Based on how many stores you have, you’ll have a goal to have Best Buy employees or other retailers signed up on IREP and the whole program freaks out when they are down, making it very stressful to hit your goal. - Little to no opportunity for promotion. - Only hours are available during the weekend.
