Pros
Actually has a great worklife balance and they are constantly growing. This year has been the greatest year they've had since I've been here for the past six years. More clients keep coming all the time.
Cons
I haven't found too many cons. Sometimes projects come up extremely fast giving very little amount of time to prepare but we always seem to pull through.
