Pros

The pay is fair Set schedule Area manager is great at keeping in touch and making his presence felt although I never see him Little to no supervision

Cons

I can't think of many. The biggest downside is that the hours are weekend hours, but that is the nature of this business. In a position like this you're going to give up your weekends the majority of the time. Also, the client I represented had very high standards. In previous brand ambassador positions I've worked in I didn't have a quota to meet in order to keep the job, however that is not the case here. Not all of the clients for Actionlink have standards like this, but the one I represent does. It's good to be challenged, but it sucks being held to such high standards with no bonus, incentive or commission. It sucks even more being held accountable for the overall store performance for selling the client's home theater products even when I am not in the store. There's a lot of pressure and I had never really experienced this kind of stress in similar positions that I've worked in.
