      Pros

      You can definitely develop your Japanese Language communication skills if you are looking to do so. Co-workers can be nice.

      Cons

      No positive feedback, no reception to new ideas. You will get chastised for organizing your emails with rules. All employees are oppressed by outdated management style.

      Great coworkers, pleasant office space

      Cons

      Disorganized with management at the whims of the CEO. Low PTO. No option for hybrid or remote work despite the fact that the job could be done easily from home in case of a weather event or sick day, which then forces you to take a day off when you could just work from home. Micromanagement and no flexibility.
